Katelyn and Mitch started dating after meeting at the University of Nevada, Reno. They enjoyed attending Delta Gamma and Pi Kappa Phi events, camping, watching Friends, cheering on the Wolf Pack Basketball team, and spending every second together!

Rocky, one of Mitch's childhood dogs, moved to Reno to live with Mitch. Katelyn fell in love with Rocky and turned to the dark side of loving small dogs!

The lovebirds graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. Katelyn began her teaching career shortly after graduating, and Mitch began working full-time.

Katelyn and Mitch celebrated five years together in Kauai! They got lost on a local's hike, snorkeled, visited botanical gardens, and soaked up the sun. This was their favorite trip together, and they will be returning for their honeymoon!

Mitch thought he would put "in sickness and in health" to the test. They are forever grateful for God's healing!

After Rocky passed away, Katelyn and Mitch had a chihuahua-sized hole in their hearts. Elon had big shoes to fill, but he was the biggest blessing to their aching hearts!

Mitch proposed to Katelyn while they were having dinner at the Sparks Water Bar. They can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together!
