We’ve reserved seats for the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, please feel free to bring them and let us know when you RSVP!

Since we are having a smaller wedding, we kindly ask that this celebration be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can make arrangements to join us! If you have "big kids" who are invited, their names will be listed when you RSVP. However, if they are unable to make it, please let us know when you RSVP that it will be just you!

Formal cocktail attire — classy and timeless. Please avoid casual clothes, jeans, and bright or neon colors; opt for muted tones, rich earth tones, or classic black and navy. While summers in Truckee are warm, it can get chilly when the sun goes down. Consider bringing a light jacket!

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception indoors. There will be lounge furniture, heaters, and a fire pit outside to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.

Our ceremony will begin at 4pm, followed by a cocktail hour beginning at 4:30pm. Dinner will begin at 6pm, and the event will conclude at 10pm.

There is a large parking lot just north of the venue. If you need to leave your car overnight, it needs to be picked up by 7am the next day so there is space for the golfers to park.
